Getting Paid

Having a job you love is great. Getting paid is even better. When is payday? The Friday following every week you worked. At Acloché our work week is Monday through Sunday. At the end of each work week, you may mail or drop off your time card at any Acloché office-just as long as we receive it before 1:00p.m. on Monday following the week you worked. Missing the 1:00 p.m. deadline results in you having to wait an additional week to receive your paycheck. And no one should have to do that. If you are on an assignment using a group timesheet, you’re in luck; your hours will automatically be forwarded to Acloché. And how you get paid is up to you. You may choose from three options: Pick-up, Direct Deposit or US Mail.

Check Pick-Up
Your paycheck will be available for you to pick up at the Acloché office of your choice (with limited exceptions) from noon until 6:00 PM on the Friday following the week you worked.

Check via US Mail
Any paychecks not picked up by 6:00 PM on Friday will be mailed to you. Make sure we have your current address.

Direct Deposit & Pay Cards
As a special convenience, Acloché offers Direct Deposit or Pay Cards. If you choose one of these options your payroll funds will automatically be transferred to your account on Friday.  Your pay stub will be mailed to your current address.  Direct Deposit or Pay Cards are a safe, convenient and time-saving option.

401(K) Plan
After you’ve completed your first year (a minimum of 1,000 hours during the calendar year), you may become eligible to participate in our 401(K) Plan. Acloché matches 50% of contributions up to 4% of your income.
