Acloché recruiting success is the result of a comprehensive

the business community. Our Recruiting Team consists of 16 Recruiters and
a Recruiting Coordinator reporting to the Human Resource Director. Their
sole purpose is to prospect, source and recruit the most appropriate,
highly-skilled employees.

We profile every client and position to obtain a complete and
accurate job description. The essential and secondary functions of
each position are determined, along with the knowledge, skills and
abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties. |

Evaluations and assessment tools are selected to ensure the appropriate
skill level of each employee referred or assigned. |

Employees who actually perform the duties of each position
are surveyed and interviewed. This allows the Recruiters to learn
about the positions first-hand, ask questions and gain
a full understanding of the positions, the expectations and the most
appropriate candidate profile to recruit. |

We employ a target referral program that pays a bonus to each
individual who refers a successful candidate hired by Acloché. |

Specialized recruitment mailings are generated to target the
appropriate candidate demographics. |

Recruitment open houses are held at multiple Acloché
locations. |

We offer application/interviewing opportunities during non-business
hours in order to accommodate all candidate and client
needs. |

We offer tours of the work facility prior to employee referral,
allowing candidates to see the location, work environment, and job
duties. These tours greatly reduce turnover rates.

Customized orientation session are held for candidates
prior to the screening/application process. We review the position
responsibilities, expectations, procedures, and policies to secure
greater commitment prior to hire. |
