From January through June of 2023, we have four new Accelerated Training Courses available to anyone looking to gain the skills needed to excel in a new career, including Contact Center, Manufacturing & Production, Patient Access Representative, and Biotech Bootcamp. The courses all offer multiple sessions, locations, and times to work around your schedule.

MANUFACTURING & PRODUCTION

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

• Mechanical drive systems

Careers in manufacturing and production offer opportunities to play an important role in making the goods that power our economy, from cars and medical devices to consumer products and aerospace parts. • Guidelines for professional, ethical, and inclusive treatment of patients while maintaining privacy and security practices

Patient Access Representatives are the first people patients encounter when seeking medical care. They greet patients and caregivers, collect patient information, manage paperwork, explain processes and policies, and respond to patient questions and concerns. Providing a good experience for patients requires emotional intelligence and compassion. By gaining basic skills and new ways to improve your interpersonal effectiveness, you can go to the head of the line for patient access representative employment while setting yourself up for future career success.
