Execute the daily production schedule, ensure quality products are produced at all times and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Manage shift employee accountability by effectively communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources. Ensures operation of equipment and or alerting Maintenance for repairs.
3+ years in a supervisory role in a high-volume food processing facility or related industry.
Supervision, Coaching, Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Production Planning, Dealing with Complexity, and excellent Communication Skills.
MS Office including Word and Excel as well as Kronos timekeeper software.
