Job Description

Privately held.  One of the top-10 poultry producers.  Producing for retail and foodservice customers.  A fully integrated processor, the company has 6 processing plants, 5 feed mills, and 4 hatcheries located in AL, AR, and MI.  This plant opened in 2018 at 125K sq.ft. expanding to 300K sq.ft., 4-lines, 2 shifts, 5-days/week.




Par-Fry Department.

State-of-the-art marination, breading and battering equipment.  Filet, strips, chunks and formed products; nuggets, patties. 

Manage shift supervisors and 100 production employees and operations towards driving and meeting company goals.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to attain best cost.  Train and develop production supervisors and their direct reports.  Prioritize issues and assign appropriate resources for resolution.  Safety incident reporting and accident investigations.  Partner with Human Resources on Employee relations.  Complete special organizational projects as needed.  Responsible for daily and weekly paperwork: production reports, payroll, attendance, and vacation requests.


Shift:  Mon-Fri 3:30-12:00 AM




3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing with preference in poultry industry.

Par-Fry Department experience.

Working in a fast-paced environment, meeting applicable deadlines, handling multiple tasks and assignments, an innovative self-starter, high level of organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

A team player with superior communication skills and able to work with highly confidential information.


Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
