TITLE: Director of Women’s & Children’s Services
LOCATION: Edensburg,PA

Responsible for all Women’s & Children’s units: L&D, Post-Partum, Nursery & NICU. May also be responsible for community outreach programs through education and women’s health initiatives.
Operates within a set budget and in accordance with organizational performance standards.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Must be a RN.
Must have a BSN, preferably with a Certification or Master’s degree.
Candidate needs to be clinically strong and at least one year Director experience and preferably 3 to 5 years.
The service line includes a 7 Bed L&D, 14-26 Bed Post Pardum/Nursery, 7-12 peds beds, Level III NICU that is 18 beds.
The person will oversee between 60-80 FTE’s and will have 2 managers.
Would like a candidate that has strong leadership and Women’s Services experience.
Position reports to a CNO that is well respected and looking for someone that wants to be part of the community and likes to enjoy their work and have fun.The facility is offering a salary range between 90-120K, with bonus potential and a full benefit package and relocation.
