Job Description

Certified NSF and SGS cGMP contract manufacturer providing superior private label dietary supplements and healthy functional beverages in liquid and powder iterations. Some capabilities include encapsulation, blister packs, tablets, weight management shakes, functional coffees, teas, hot cocoa and high potency energy drink products.




Responsible for the planning, coordination and control of all manufacturing processes to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with GMP’s, customer specifications and on-time delivery.  Direct managerial responsibility for all production staff, and overseeing plant preventive maintenance schedules and productivity.

Implement, support and enforce of all plant policies and GMP procedures and processes, quality, food safety and sanitization requirements.

Hire, train the production team in safety, quality, productivity, regulatory requirements and the overall business operations as a culture of quality first, mentality, teamwork and personal responsibility.

Initiate all employee relations functions as necessary such as coaching, discipline, performance management, appropriate methods of communications and positive employee relations practices.

Current facilities totaling 50K sq.ft. with a new 100K sq. ft. plant under design and this position will scale the operation from the ground up, build and train the team, sharing the drive for excellence, an innovative spirit that is focused on results.

This Position reports directly to the company CEO.




8+ years of plant management experience in the manufacturing of dietary supplements.

Extensive experience with:  Encapsulation equipment, Blister Pack equipment, Auto Cartoner, Stick Pack (multi-lane and single lane), Powder Blending and Powder Filling.

Liquid filling experience is a plus.

Strong knowledge of production operation, equipment, materials, workflow, troubleshooting, CGMP and regulatory requirements (21 CFR 110, 111).

Experience with NSF, SGS certification and audits.

Strong leadership, team building, coaching, mentoring, prioritizing work assignments, flexibility to direct work force and adapt to changing schedules as appropriate.
