Project Manager – Bridges

  • Collaborate with Project Engineers, Foremen and Superintendents to ensure that work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize efficiency and safety.

  • Analyze and forecast job cost.

  • Ensure Quality objectives are being met for the project.

  • Schedule and coordinate by self-performed and subcontracted work.

  • Review and approve requisitions for the procurement of services, materials, and equipment necessary to support the project schedule.

  • Schedule and coordinate the release of construction design documents in support of the construction schedule.

  • Coordinate the preparation and revision of technical work procedures consistent with project design and construction requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Management or a related Engineering field.
  • 5+ years Project Manager experience in a self-perform environment and expertise in  bridge structures, both concrete and steel projects
  • familiar with alternative delivery methods and procedures
