Title:  Talent Acquisition Manager/New York City
                           
Position Summary:  Responsible for developing and managing a Recruitment department for a Private Pay Home Care Agency servicing the 5 Boroughs
Manhattan office. Not remote

Essential Job Duties:
 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process
  • Manage team members in multiple locations
  • Help build department with policies and procedures
  • Build a talent pipeline
  • Assist in direct recruiting 
  • Network through industry contacts, employees, and social media to generate a diverse pool of candidates
  • Place all recruitment advertising
  • Meet with clinical and operation managers to identify and fulfill recruitment needs
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Attend outside events to generate candidates
  • Travel to offsite locations to meet potential caregivers.

  

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • College Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare recruiting environment
  • RN, LPN, and HHA recruiting experience required
  • A minimum of one year supervisory experience required
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
