We are starting off July with a fantastic event to continue our 50 for 50 campaign, which celebrates Acloché’s 50th year in business by giving back to the community with 50 Acts of Gratitude.
This past Friday, Acloché’s West team visited the Hilliard Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library to donate reading materials to their adult and children’s collections. Our team partnered with Half Price Books, who graciously doubled our donation! In total, the Library received over 300 new items.
“We were thrilled with the opportunity to support such an incredible organization,” said Acloché Market Manager Jason Harrison. “We are truly grateful for the work they have done in our community.”
The Hilliard Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library opened their new location 4500 Hickory Chase Way this past June. The new branch features 63,000 square feet of space on two floors (three times larger than the former branch); an interactive children’s area with more space for programs and areas for children to read, study and use computer; a Ready for Kindergarten area where preschoolers and their families can prepare for kindergarten; three large meeting rooms and 11 individual/small group study rooms for the community to gather and meet; and many other great amenities for the Hilliard community.
We are proud of our Acloché teams for constantly finding such amazing organizations to support. We are looking forward to next month when it will be our Central branch’s turn to Pay It Forward!
