50 Acts of Gratitude celebrating 50 years of service to Central Ohio continued today as our Newark team hosted their second Lunch & Learn of 2018.
If you are new to Acloché’s Lunch & Learn series, the concept is simple: Once a month, one of our Acloché branches will host a free Lunch & Learn event, where we invite our clients, partners, and a diverse range of business professionals to spend an afternoon with us as we tackle a variety of workplace topics. This week, the topic at hand was Coaching Skills for Leaders. As employment experts here at Acloché, we know a thing or two about leadership, so this class was designed to give those who attended the tools needed to develop and motivate their teams.
This course focused on the benefits and application of not only being a manager, but being a teacher and positive motivator as well. The participants worked on different ways to reinforce desirable behavior and foster a more committed workforce.
Those in attendance enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and real-world scenarios covered. “Very direct, informative, and succinct information was given, along with a clear path to reach different objectives”, one local attendee stated.
As we continue our Lunch & Learn series, our goal is to provide coaching and advice that pertains to real life situations, helping our participants expand their knowledge on the subjects at hand.
