We’re hitting the ground running in February!
Last month, our Delaware team kicked off our 50 for 50 campaign with the first of our monthly Pay It Forward events, when they supported two in-need residents of Presidential Center in Marion, OH with new clothing and everyday household items. This month, it was our Newark team’s time to shine.
Our team decided to pay it forward by visiting each of the four Newark Fire Department stations to deliver fresh, local donuts to the men and women that help keep their community safe every day. The Newark Fire Department responds to nearly 10,000 emergencies annually, and are proud of the work that they’ve done in the community.
The NFD was nice enough to give us a tour around their fire engines, show us how they test their fire masks, and even pause for a few quick photos with our team! We are all extremely grateful and indebted to the service that the Fire Departments in our communities provide, and we’re proud of our Newark team for taking the time to show their appreciation.
As a reminder, all February long, Acloché will be holding a clothes drive for Dress for Success Columbus, a non-profit organization that empowers women to achieve their goals through free-of-charge Suiting, Career Center, and Employment Retention programs. To donate, simply drop off your new or gently used and laundered business appropriate attire at your local Acloché location!
