It was a big week for our 50 for 50 campaign!
50 Acts of Gratitude celebrating 50 years of service to Central Ohio continued this past Wednesday as our Lancaster team hosted Acloché’s second Lunch & Learn of 2018.
Once a month, one of our Acloché branches will host a free Lunch & Learn event, where we invite our clients, partners, and a diverse range of business professionals to spend an afternoon with us as we tackle a variety of workplace topics. As employment experts here at Acloché, we know a thing or two about leadership, so this class was designed to give those who attended the tools needed to develop and motivate their teams.
This week, the topic at hand was Coaching Skills for Leaders. This course focused on the benefits and application of not only being a manager, but being a teacher and positive motivator as well. The participants worked on different ways to reinforce desirable behavior and foster a more committed workforce.
“We loved the atmosphere,” one local attendee stated. “We felt that the training was very beneficial.”
As we continue our Lunch & Learn series, our goal is to provide coaching and advice that pertains to real life situations, helping our participants expand their knowledge on the subjects at hand.
We were thrilled to have this Lunch & Learn catered by local favorite Santino’s (formerly known as Cool Cravings) which has been a staple in the Lancaster community for years.
