Our 50 for 50 campaign, which celebrates Acloché’s 50th year in business by giving back to the community with 50 Acts of Gratitude, continues on with an entry into our Pay It Forward series! Once a month, one of our Acloché teams will choose a charitable cause or organization in their region to give back to.
This month, our Columbus East team found a fantastic organization in the heart of their community, GRIN. GRIN, or Gahanna Residents In Need, helps provide food, children’s clothing, rent & utility assistance, school supplies, weekend help for children, holiday gifts, and summer lunches for residents of the Gahanna-Jefferson school district.
Our East team went out and filled up two buckets worth of boxed and canned goods to donate directly to GRIN. Our team included items such as pasta dinners, crackers, beans, vegetables, tuna, and canned fruit along with plenty of other non-perishables. GRIN was extremely welcoming to our team and assisted us with bringing all of the donated items in.
We wanted to thank GRIN for providing such an important need to underserved groups in the Gahanna community, and our team was happy to help out. As always, we are proud of our Acloché teams for finding such amazing organizations to give their time to. We are looking forward to learning about how our West branch will Pay It Forward next month!
